[Problem]can't open the sea

hello there,

can I play the game with a proxy? I can make log in, but when I try open the sea its load 20% and stop, and the sea skull don't appear. anyone know say me if my problem is my proxy? In the past I had played in this PC but with other internet connection, now I have connection by the cel phone with a proxy.

I once had changed my firewall settings AT my router to a little bit more secure setting.
After that I wasn't able to load the sea chart, it got stuck at 20% or something.
Changed it back and it worked again.

Check if u are under a proxy locking the port of the server.
This will happen on public wifis and free wifi.

thank you for the information, but in this case i have no router over here just a cel phone connection :/

I understand what you say.. my wifi is not public or free, its a kind of cheap wifi to cel fhones in my country, but is so slowly by this way i find a proxy of the company for make it real fast by this way it stuck at 20% :/
