this is actually incorrect.
there is a way to change the banking way to the hungarian. just write a mail to the support and state out a reason, why you would stay for quite a long time there(e.g. you study for one year or longer there).
most of the times they simply change the state for you, but sometimes you have to proof that you stay there for a long time or have a passport etc.
