If you 've been hacked, you have to create a new mail account and contact the BP support with some proof of your identity like id card and payment document of your bank then your BP account will be closed till you're reconnect with your new codes and email.

This is correct. You have to provide evidence to Bigpoint Support that you are really the actual owner like prove you own the email the account is on and ask then to remove the account from any Bigpoint account it is saved to.
