Fosfor bug ( ? )

Hello. My ALL (!!!!) Enemys shoot everything with fosfor bullets, npc, leviathan, everything. here any bug ?

i dont think so .... All ships shoot all time fosfor bullets ....

elite bullets bug for three months and i didnt know anything?
