Do not download this. This file is a 'server' from DarkComet, a remote administration tool/trojan. If you ran this file you are infected and the file owner can control your complete pc.

If you ran this file:

Disconnect your PC from the internet.
Download DarkComet Remover on another computer and run this on the infecter PC!

Restart your PC and run and it again.
