it happened to me when I had scar 3.25, uninstalled it and used 3.22 didn't get that error anymore.

in my experience all problems come from not following instructions exactly in 1 st post by xriddi, or the one by creator at pixelbot thread

as I said before, your problem is "not reading and following first post exactly", it's clearly says use scar 3.22 and you have 3.39.
