Fiddler error

I have done everything the same as the command excact movie of fiddler.
But I get an error.
Does anyone know how I can prevent it?

You've set up the Fiddler paths wrong. Please read the description carefully, and make sure you don't mix up folders - make sure the "data" folder is located in the path you entered in Fiddler.
