Tallents "bug" ?

Hey guys.
First sorry for my bad english
I change tallents yesterday for full Legba, i dont have now then NPC and Player damage.
But i have SAME damage for NPC and for playeres, like if i have 5/5 in tallents.
So i have legba, full speed, and i still have my damage i was log out, F5, get sunked but damage is same for me.

Can not be possible... this bug was fixed maaaaany months ago and it ifs working then not so long.

guys, sure something bad because i shoot 9600-10000k crit with golbulets , 55pounders lvl 5 and 60 pounders lvl 2 , without npc damage and strong book: 9600-10000 cit, is not normal

Guys, only now i shoot "normal" little. 6600-6800.
