Thats only how he can solve, that the support say that bought the account, but not how he can unlink it from Bigpoint... ;D

I dont know a way, how you can unlink it .. and I also dont think, that the support will really help you.. but good luck. ;D

I wrote to support myself to get my account unlinked from the BP portal.
I wrote:

Note: I can't remember the password for every BP login it is linked to, so
telling me to log in and deleting it is not helpful. But I would still like it
removed for my own account safety.

it happened to me.. when i wrote to support, they asked me last password, first name, 4 last payments, and something else that i don't remember.. I sent them to the support and none enters anymore @ my account..

well dont say u bought the account...
just tell them... My account got hacked...but now u got full access on my account, and if is possible to remove the link on my account...thats all they need to know, they will remove the link..
good luck...
and if you have play on other server , you have to do the same for each server...
