I dont see any bug, just like 20% more damage than possibel in flares normal damage because he gets 50k normal because max with flares is 50k-55k with critical

dont know the name in english but at the moment u can get somethin from the event that u make 10% more Dmg

this is not a bug..using flares on new lvl 16-20 npcs gives ya extra dmg on it

if you shoot flares on those carriers they shoot bigger damage, 50% more that explains the damage

also,look carefully at the video,at the coordinates,you see how it leaps from a coor to another,so, in 2 words, you're wrong,no bug,just badly edited and very noticeable..
