Heute möchte ich euch mal etwas fragen was mich schon etwas länger beschäftigt. Jeder kennt bestimmt diese "Sixpack in 1 Monat - Wundermaschinen" , das sowas natürlich länger braucht ist mir klar. Aber haben Geräte wie : Amazon- Bauchmuskeltrainer überhaupt eine Wirkung? Oder ist das wie so vieles bei Dauerwerbesendungen nur ein "Fake" ?
Würde mich interessieren ob es sinnvoll wäre als Ergänzung zum Training sich noch so ein Gerät anzuschaffen. (:
