It's not an admin)) It was a bug, with Tamper data you could do many things.
But the problem was that you could make only really big amounts of stuff.

For example you couldnt buy admin bfg and more, that ship had I know.

the bug with making big amounts was long time ago, on the video we can see new designs that were added after the bug, I think that this is a fake or admin helped someone

Yes, it was for a long time ago, but who said that all this stuff was done recently? They did all this stuff in the past and now use this ship.

maybe you are right
if you see carefully his ship's level is only 10,and considering his ship's strength,I mean how much he shoots,2 extra decks,the dalendris ,moriantur,etc.,he may have used those bugs long time ago,and now has started using it again,with everything in his posses
