Anyone know how do this?

you can press the light of tortuga and press attack at the SAME time, which will take u under light and be able to shoot, but not sure if they shoot back

yes, it works 
keep the menu with tortugas opened, as soon as you press the fire button click to activate tortuga, works great

In german:
1. Öffne das Menü, wo du das Tortuga Licht aktivieren kannst (nicht aktivieren!)
2. Greif einen Gegner an
3. Aktiviere das Tortuga Licht (sofort)

if I finish shooting the npc and start shooting another,will the tortuga be deactivated ?

To doesnt take any ban and have *** in your side if banned just read the rules of seafight and dont breake any of them
