If you bugged under 1oo ooo millions, ban is maximally one month And yeah, if u are old seafight player and u spent a lot of money they ll give u shorter bann. Like me For a lot a lot a lot of shrapnels I got banned for 1 week, because I have 1660 days and I spent about 2oo euro

i m dealing with the same problem with big point have lost 245 cannons all elite decks that were all upgraded and 60 elite beams support says they are aware of the problem and that there developers are working on fix for the problem i have been waiting for over a week now with no results what else can i do

any idea when support or the game developers are going to fix the issue and return are stuff to our ships this getting to be a pain in the ... its been over a week and support just keeps telling every time i e mail them that the problem is being worked on has anyone had there accounts corrected yet or is everyone in this situation still waiting like me
