Even if the acc is on your email.
If the first owner send a mail to bp and told that he lost access to his acc. bp can reset it to the email thats used when acc is registered.

2. User ID / server for the account
3. The very first username for the account
4. The last 2 passwords for the account
5. Proof of payment transactions (minimum of 4). Can be transaction numbers, payment receipts, mobile number in the case of purchases via text message)
6. The new email address that you would like on your account.
