SEACRUSHER 2.97 AND 2.96 - BIG PROBLEM!

Hello!
I have big problem with seacrusher 2.96 and 2.97.
When i Open seacrusher i have:

When i Click Tak(English Ok)

Framework 4.0 and 4.5
System : Windows XP AND 7
Please help me : (

Do you try to reinstall Framework? Do you try it, if you only have Framework 4.5?

I had this problem too..just install netframework 3.5 and 4.0 and it will work.
