I am playing on one of the servers and i have lvl 16 elite and 14 pirate lvl, i have the lvl 3 carpenter and 5/5 at skils swift remedy and i repair with max 250/sec
Why that? in fact i have 5 carpenter lvl 3 :| and nothing

It is an issue reported in many servers, after the maintenance. Instead, the Voodoo Shield is been repaired much faster. BP said that is a known issue and that will be fixed.
yes i forgot to say that, my voodoo shield is repairing with 450/sec :| and hp with max 250/sec.....this problem is not to all of the players , i ask in guild and most of them to say don't have this problem
It doesnt matter if you have 300 level 3 carpenter's you will rep as if you had only one the only way to rep faster is gettin a lvl 4 or 5 carpenter... still dont get more than one because you'll always rep as if you have only one doesnt matter wich lvl they are
