Sun map

Good evening friends. I've seen player level 20 (map) who entering the raid sun how is this possible? anyone can help me?

There is a so called "SeafightBidTool"

With the tool you can bid on everything on the market, thus also people from higher lvls use the tool and bid on the Medallions from the Sunmap.

That is fixed some time ago, there is no way you can enter to lower map.
