HWID Spoofer

I'm looking for a hardware ID Spoofer for SCUM (… EAC).

Any recommendations?

Preferably one, that doesn't randomize the hardware ID, but gives me a "new" one -- so I can run cheats without having to request a hardware ID reset for the cheat every time the system and/or game crashes.
