[HELP] Private Server conquer online 5095

i really need help for make a private server 5095 because i have only 13 years old...
i have all programs
(CoEmu source,Client 5095,Hamachi,Navicat MySQL,AppServ.)

I have logging freeze...
and i dont know why... i have windows XP
can i run it on windows vista ??

I install Widows Vista on my computer and i try

But... Why all have logging freeze with CoEmu V2 ?
i think its because all have windows XP :P lol!
