Hi Im Matlan, and I dont know if im still considered as new here. Fan of shaiya, I actually join this forum to get shaiya packet tool (im not hacking, just using it to reroll and enchant ), then I got interested by community here. Being 'totally a secret reader', Im trying to learn how creating my own shaiya pserver. I have much more to learn, so wish me good luck >.<

I decided to introduce myself today coz I think I might need u guys one day. Before this I joined SimCity 4 community, help improving the game.
