Invite them to your team, if they reject your invite fuck them, move on. I guarantee you you'll find someone within a minute. Just simply get them in your team and enlighten them. Get all of your 90+ characters and just get the person in the team then enlighten them with your other character. How much easier could it get? They always give you vps when you enlighten them btw.
