Reversers with coding skills wanted

Hi, I'm someone you may know as Nyamochka. Been a while, right?

I wonder if there are any new l33t h4xx0r stars around. Our previous project fell apart because of people rapidly losing interest. Neva4Get has completely vanished from the net; h4c0r-bg is working on commercial stuff; Sm!th is keeping his slow pace updating the IM.

Things has changed recently. Nice encryption, both for resources and traffic. A couple of new anti-cheat measures. More time to waste on counteracting stuff.

And I still want to make a server emulator. The old version stuck at basic login and game server functionality and was basically rendered useless with the encryption implementation.

So I'm looking for people interested in working on the server, and having fun doing this. At the moment i need someone with reversing skills sufficient for taking apart encryption algos, net structs and being capable to write basic patches to hook into and redirect stuff with respect to anti-cheat systems. Because working on it alone is, well, plain boring.

UPDATE:

Two guys already signed on, and I think I can be more specific on the current tasks. They are:

1a)Preventing X-Trap from running
1b)Researching and implementing a rootkit to hide code changes from X-Trap (for hooking into client procs), not mentioning the generic process/PEB rootkit;
2a)Researching the traffic encryption
2b)Implementing an injectable sniffer w/packet dissector (RSA finally prevents me from using my beloved Wireshark)
2c)Reconstructing the traffic encryption
3a)Researching the resource encryption
3b)Reconstructing the resource encryption

These are the prequisites for resuimg the server development. If you think you can be of help with any of these tasks, contact me, no matter how good you think your skills are. I'm pretty sure a few of these tasks were completed by the community already.

Nothing against your petition but why didn't you post this with "Nyamochka"? And why didn't you use the regular ?

Because Nyamochka account was banned by my own request, and because underground was already dea when I was leaving, so I had nothing to seek there. And Joining Underground thread is not a recruiting thread by any means.

This is correct, I've got no other goals other than server development, but accidentally I may come across interesting subproducts (unreleased IM2 was one of them, for instance).

Anyway, if you're learning, why not learn on a practical task? It's faster this way, actually.

Well, if you dont have problems with someone whos actually learning then i would appreciate it if you would allow me to help. I try to do my best not to slow the whole project :P
But anyway even if youre not satisfied with my work. You can kick me outta your team :P

So if youre interested even in someone who has basic programming capabilities then write a pm to me and i let you get some more information about me.
