How can i Remove Item Manager?

Hey Guys... When it was Patch 24 i installed ItemManager.. but I didn't use it.. Well now it's Patch 25 and I don't like have Item Manager.. beacuse S4 League Always Says " Hacking Trial.. etc.. " and then i disconnect the game.. please Help -.- ItemManager Sucks...

well.. you need to put itemmanager on the S4 League Folder.. so i don't really know what files to delete..

Look for a IM.dll and HID.dll and remove them both.

And it's called uninstall :3
