SP inf

how come noone does SP inf now? All I see are sp skill inf.

Anyone care to explain pls?

Inf SP don´t give . Inf SP Skill give but you have inf SP for Skills and not for Run .

i meant how come noone does sp inf that gives you run/jump and skill?
