How to create hax for S4League ?

Hello guys, can anyone tell me what programs i need to use to create haxs for S4 league? I have a lot of free time on some days and i will try to use it to make haxs for S4... its also true i have no experience on programming, coding etc as similar, but i wanted to ask to know what to do to learn how to create them.

VB, C++ , CE...with those you can do almost everything.

Hmmm thanks, i have downloaded these 3 programs

, they seems not so easy to use

but i will start to study them

if i learn something about they by next time i will release a thing for S4 too
