as i don't understand german, and a lot of posts in hack s4 is in german, is there a solution to wear exp item without buying them with AP ?

and what item manager hack do exactelly, i read the post item manager patch 21, but there is no explication about what it do, the guy just said
"use it like u use it normally"
for new players this explain nothing
