i can´t understand why mrsm!th make a bypass for 32 and a for 64 bit and only release the bypass for 64 bit ^^

but i dont need a bypass so its not my problem

This is just wrong, i have no bypass for 32bit, because I have no 32bit OS.
So its not necessary for me.

Your logic is quite wrong.
Why? Because the bypass is working for a longer time, if it is not shared.
It is like buying candys that you can share, but you dont, so you have more candys for you (and not for the dogs)
