Help - adding items to the shop

I added few capsules to the server, but the thing is it gets added with a permanent durability, which means I cannot use them.

You should code the Caps Server side i guess
if you added the ids only it wont work you should code it

Yes, just like Anja said.
Public emulators don't support Capsules, you have to code it by yourself to make them usable.
But for your permanent issue; you are using a wrong Period in the Database.
