Problem with Authentication Server

Hello,
I have downloaded the server and client that appear in this video

I have followed all the steps and everything is perfect, but when my friends connect to my server they cannot enter "Authentication timeout".
I can enter and play the practices and tutorials without problem. We play other games on LAN without any problem. I have looked everywhere for some kind of solution and I could not find anything about it.
If someone has the time and the disposition I would be very grateful for your help.
