BattlEye Error

Hello guys, imma need a little help because i got this ERROR in BattlEye

11:32:51: Starting BattlEye Service...

11:32:55: Launching game...
11:33:06: Note: File blocks can be ignored if they don't cause problems with the game.
11:33:06: [INFO] Blocked loading of file: "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\dwmapi.dll".


and also another error says " Cannot Find d3d9.dll please re-install this application"

I tried to :
reboot my pc
update directx
reinstall S4
download the missing DLL and put it on windows folder " already exists"
and then i tried to put them on S4 League folder still doesnt work
Deactivate Antivirus
download CCleaner

Nothing of this above actually worked....help?

SOLUTION : You must delete dwmapi.dll and check if d3d9.dll in Windows file and last you must update your windows

I already tried Heartbeat Bypass, S4 league starts, but the problem is that when S4league makes an update i wont be able to play anymore lol
also windows doesnt allow me to add or remove DLL's


EDIT : Alright i deleted the dwampi DLL i don't have that problem anymore,
but i still have the second one wich is : "Cannot Find d3d9.dll please re-install this application"

Yes i did everything,
Bythway i fixed it, the ONLY way to get rid of this ERROR is by deleting dwmapi.dll AND updating windows
