Try to deinstall/delete all things from S4. Then download the setup again from the aeriagames site and start it again maybe it will help..

Edit: If this didn't work for you, maybe try also to disable your Firewall/Antivirus. You can also try to download the setup with a different browser, maybe this will work for you.
