[ms-styler98]

Hello guys,

Im trying to use Voars Method for Mission Cap bug with Hide all ip and Netlimiter 4. The problem is im doing it the exact same way like him but i dont get any capsules. its it maybe because s4 new patch? or it just dont work on win 10? i had windows 7 before and there it worked fine but on win10 not.
