there is a button wich shows a C if you press the button you are in the clan option^^ then there is some where standing"make clan" or something like that then follow the instruction^^

No, you press "C" botton in the lobby and wait a bit to load the new page.
In this new page you press "create new clan" and you should put the name eccetera....
