xigncode error help pls

I have xigncode weird error saying failed to update xigncode due to insufficient hard drive space or because the program is being blocked by a firewall or antivirus software. error code : 0XE0191009
I tried turning off firewall I don't use an antivirus program, i have space on my hard drive game used to work but not anymore even tho It's the same i never added anything to it.
I tried using a bypass but at server selection before it loads i get failed to join a relay server
Please anybody could help me?
