I was changing some models around and each time i press start and its checking around 90% or 5% it gets detected saying its changed? Help?

hi..
i got the resource tool but when i click on "decrypt" it shows me an error.
Edit: no problem anymore
can someone help me pls? i tryed to reinstall the game etc. but
the same problem shows still up
