Need some help with the IDC

Hi everyone !

I have a problem with the effect changer (Endless Void IDChanger), i change some enchant but i have the enchant but dont have the effect of the enchant, like movement +3 on shoes, or def +5 on pants, +5 atk td on weapon or esper skill lvl 5 (i dont know how to make a full esper lvl 5 with the effect changer).

But i see some people rookie with a good defense, good speed and opped enchant with a red esper skill.

Can someone told me how to do that ?

"with a red esper skill." is from ITC...and make sure you get your Id's right otherwise the effects won't work
