Esper chip delay file?

Where can i find it? i mean esper_action_atk.lua, didnt find in weapons or effects in ressource tool.

Ofc you need to open the file to edit it. (duh) and "F" skill don't use sp.

yes i know but which file should i edit ? and the green chip does consume sp

Edit the "esper_action_atk.lua" and I don't use the green one so I couldn't know, but thanks
