You dont need one for using cheats.
For 1337 vb Hackz block the driver xhunter and xspirit.
For using cheat engine, download the source and change much as possible, like windows name, strings, process name, layout to make it undetected.
Than attach S4, wait till x3 loads, go memory view and search for StartService, get addy, hook, return true and u are done.
You can also use the 5 min bypass to grab addys with c.e.
For D3D you can use google and learn to use an undetected hook.
