Some help with hacks please.

Hey,

I'm new to hacking S4 but have been playing it for a while, and uhh I hack other games, but I'm not following the whole resource thing. I'm using Alasters Trainer atm.

Whenever I download a .x4 file, what am i supposed to do with it?
