Can't download S4 anymore??

Soo.. i was using Itc for a while and it stopped working (as always i tried reinstalling S4..)

I just tried but it doesn't work ;-; (i don't think i got the good patch or something) (and don't even know how to xD)T^T..

it worked after trying it again xD ;p
