CRASH PROBLEM

Hello everyone, i have one problem with my 2ndary account.
I used for 1day the ITC. but i don't know if this is the problem.
Now i have deleted the files but when i log and i start a a match, i crash.
This happens only with this account. I could have been banned ?

would not help hes blacklisted when this is only happening with this account theres no point of reinstalling s4league

It´s a blacklist from which you cant get out of it anymore. Like a permanent ban from c0unter.
