proplem with itc

it's play well but after a few minutes the game give me "the connection has been terminated"
i need to solve this problem pls
and can i save the setting of character on itc or no ??

Start S4 without the ITC and unequip everything then exit S4 and run S4 with the ITC.
and no not yet they are working on a save char function.
