^ it's not Patch 9 yet. You gotta download and extract patches by yourself from the official databases to reach it since I don't know of any readily-downloadable vanilla Patch 9 client.

To download official patches "the Emu requires patch 9(1031) -> 1001F.cab, 1002F.cab etc."

Since both the GAMONA and the official patch archive links are dead, this is how you can make yourself a 100% original S4 League EU Patch 9 vanilla client (warning: still contains HackShield).
