Lagging while recording with Fraps/Bandicam

Yo.
I tried to record S4 gameplay with fraps and bandicam both were lagging( when recording ) for me.
I'm playing on High setting and w.o recording I get 64+ fps but when I record,it get to 35+ which is bit laggy ( it affect my gameplay a little )
Is there any way to fix/solve this?

Please add screenshots of your Fraps options, I have a really old Laptop and I can record lagfree. Do not forget that if you have set the FPS recording to below 63, the program will force low FPS on your game and it will cause it to lag. Just use Open Broadcaster to record. It will record lagfree and in good quality!
Here are my options: (I use OBS for EuS4 and Fraps for KrS4)
