I realised a few weeks ago there was a report button.
Maybe if you report him and write in the report that he made the thread in the wrong section and ask if it can be moved to the right section, it would've been done already

Not many people look in the S4 League section itself too.

Now about the thread itself.
How can you not have a xigncode folder? did you delete it? Then look in your Bin, it should be there.
If you didn't even get the xigncode folder when you installed it, try reinstalling.
