these hacks are:

GodMode,Speed,Inf SP,Inf Ammo and clothes hack (making clothes invisible)

you can do this with a bypass and a CE
just search a bit, you ll find some interesting Tutorials

Bypass = something that triks/deactivates hackshield to allow the use of CE or hacktools (, and )

CE = Cheat engine, just google for it xD
