PLEASE HELP ME WITH THE .DLL file MISSiNG PROBLEM

Hi everyone.
I downloaded S4 league 4 days ago, when i start, the game announce a message like this

i've been looking for the cause and tried to fix it for days, i installed every version of C++ from 2005 to 2013. I've copied the Mscvr120.dll in the game file and even in the "sytem32" file but it didn't worked. For ones who dont know, i use windowXP 32 BIT SP 2
Pls help me, i want to play this game so badly Crying or Very sad

btw. you should really consider upgrading your operating system
Windows XP is 14 (!!) years old

get win7 or win8 that would solve ur problem

and it's just like eddy said xp is sooo old.
