Unhappy help me please !!!

am created S4L P-Server and every thing is good

but when am open the game from .bat file and client opened ...

when am entered the id and pw get error --> failed to connect to authentication server (Time OUT ) ..

and This Error apper in VPS



!!??!?!?!
