Hello, can anyone send me a me a FULL link tutorial how to make S4 League private server?
i'll be thankfull ^-^

1. Download both zips.
2. Unpack.
3. Run "usbwebserver.exe" AS ADMINISTRATOR (LITERALLY)
4. Run "RunAllServers.bat" AS ALWAYS
5. Run "Run.bat"
6. Login
7. Play
8. Use resources to add weapons
9. Use LocalHostOption to edit server, add users and others

What he said is not wrong (I think :P) he just forgot or didnt want add a Link for a TuT and for the Files xD
